Fortnightly Focus – Winter Blues

Lots of people get depressed in winter. So, what can we do to help beat that feeling of depression or deep unhappiness associated with experiencing the cold and darkness of winter.

Looking after yourself is the most important thing you can do. You cannot pour from an empty cup. Look after yourself and then you will be able to give more to others.

The most important relationship you have, is the one that you have with yourself!
