Physical section – D of E

When you are choosing your activity for the Physical section, you should pick something that helps you to improve your physical fitness.  This should be undertaken for an average of an hour per week outside of PE lessons and it will help prepare you for the challenge of the expedition.

What you pick is up to you and depends on your physical fitness when you start but the goal is to improve your physical fitness and have fun too.

You can pick an individual sport, or you could join a team, focus on something you already do or start something new.  The list of activities to choose from is extensive; we have students doing gymnastics, football, rugby, swimming and running to name just a few.
