The Bungalow Restoration Project

We have envisioned transforming a former caretaker’s bungalow on our school site into a safe and nurturing space for students who struggle to attend school regularly.

Not only will this bungalow serve as an alternative learning environment, but it will also offer invaluable support and guidance to parents navigating the challenges of their children’s teenage years. However, we face a significant obstacle: the lack of funds to turn this vision into reality.

This is where we need your help. We are reaching out to our community for donations and support from individuals with specific skills. Whether you’re a painter, decorator, kitchen fitter, plumber, electrician, gardener, or landscaper, your expertise can make a meaningful difference. Your contribution, whether through monetary donations or volunteering your time and skills, will directly impact the lives of our students and their families.

If you are able to assist or know someone who might be interested, please reach out to us at fundraising@blessededward.co.uk. Every bit of support, no matter how small, brings us closer to realising our vision for the bungalow and enhancing the educational opportunities for our students.

Or you can donate using ParentPay https://app.parentpay.com/ParentPayShop/Foc/Default.aspx?shopid=15028

What’s happening so far ….

Thank you to Ignis Group for their assistance with kitchen pipework removal.
Thank you to Garden Hoppers who gave us two days of their time to put up our fencing. You are amazing !!
A big thank you goes to Tim Green at Worcester Electrical Distributors who has supplied us with lights, sockets, fittings and exterior lights. Amazing !

Thank you to Mike at Johnstone’s Decorating Centre, for being so generous and providing us with the paint for the new colour scheme !

Once again we are blown away with the generosity of people. Darrin at XTX Ltd, took time away from work to pressure wash the outside of the bungalow and front of college. Thank you so much !
